2009 RNA Annual Conference advertising & sponsorships

Come celebrate with us! This year is the ideal time to share your story ideas or product with the nation’s elite religion reporters. Join RNA for its 60th anniversary at the 2009 RNA Annual Conference Sept. 10-12 in Minneapolis. Download your copy of the 2009 Rate Guide (PDF), which includes detailed information and pricing on all conference advertising and sponsorship opportunities. To take advantage of early-bird rates, submit your reservation by July 1.

Advertising policy

RNA welcomes groups who would like to promote a new product, service or other useful tool for journalists. RNA reserves the right to refuse any form of advertising deemed inappropriate. In addition, all advertising placements are left solely to the discretion of RNA. All advertising and sponsorships are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations

Online ads may be canceled at any time until they are live (posted). No cancellations will be accepted once the ad is posted. Conference ads and sponsorships can be refunded in full until Aug. 1, 2009. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Non-compete clause

RNA requires that no advertiser, sponsor or other company hold an event during the 2009 RNA conference that is in direct competition with RNA programming. Permission must be secured to invite RNA attendees to private events during the conference.
